At PSC Construction, we believe the importance of safety on a project site cannot be understated. Safety is not just a priority; it's a core value ingrained in every aspect of our operations. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety for our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.
Every shift begins with a worksite safety meeting. We ensure our team undertakes ongoing safety training and certifications specific to their positions, including:
- Work crews are 10-hour OSHA certified
- Key personnel are 30-hour OSHA certified
- Licensed sewer layers, ensuring expert installation and maintenance of underground sewer systems
- Operators are heavy equipment certified and licensed in their respective areas
Our Field Safety officer conducts weekly on-site audits with formal feedback and corrective training measures, trend analysis and reporting, new employee safety training, and ensures the accuracy and updates of our PSC Safety Manual.
