Job Overview & Description

PSC Construction is seeking full-time Foreman to manage and lead crews for underground utility installations and grading projects for heavy industrial and private projects.

Lead day to day operations of the job site
Equipment daily maintenance
Fill out daily permitting
Make sure work is done in a safe and productive manner
Leading the team of workers in the field
Reporting problems with personal and equipment to the superintendent
Enforce a safe work environment and practices
Make sure work is done in a safe and productive manner

Requirements

Mandatory background and drug screening
3 years of experience installing underground utilities and grading projects
Ability to read stakes, set up lasers, and understand the percent of slope
Operate all equipment so you can help train operators under your control
Ability to lead a team
